Marie Dalby performs on viola da gamba throughout the greater New York area. In addition to being a member of the New York Consort of Viols, she collaborates with singers on a regular basis and teaches viol at the Neighborhood Music School in New Haven, CT. She is also a cellist and sings in the Yale Schola Cantorum, a 24-voice specialist chamber choir. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in medieval church history at the Yale Divinity School, through their Institute of Sacred Music, Worship and the Arts.
